"Worst makeup experience. Only the face was covered, as if whitewashing had been done. The neck and other visible body parts were completely different in tone from the face, which was extremely embarrassing. The makeup was completely different from what we had referred to, and none of the promised products were used, even though they were present in the kit. May be she’s good at her work but to us it seemed as if she had no understanding of what kind of makeup would suit the person. The look made us appear much older, and an unwanted “aunty-type” makeup was done. The face was so unnaturally white that we were forced to wipe off the makeup ourselves. Despite paying the full amount, we were deeply disappointed and unhappy with the service provided by her and her team. This experience caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Overall, it was a complete waste of money, time, and trust for us. Thank you for the worst service.."
